Drift Champion Vaughn Gittin Jr. teamed up with Bosch to stage a one-of-a-kind event on September 6, 2008. The event was billed as “Performance Art”. Vaughn created a unique pattern of tire marks by drifting his 650 hp Mustang through a closed course in downtown Los Angeles. He titled his creation “Abstract on Asphalt.”
Vaughn won the 2005 D1 Grand Prix USA vs Japan event and the 2007 D1 Grand Prix World Championship.
